Ben Deuell, DO - President 

Dr. Ben Deuell is a graduate of WVSOM and completed his residency at Charleston Area Medical Center in Emergency Medicine. He is an active fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Ben is also the Medical Director and Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at WVU East, Berkeley Medical Center where he is described by others as optimistic, hard working and efficient. Outside of his clinical duties he enjoys spending time with his wife (Danielle) and two daughters (Laila and Kherington) which includes traveling, hiking, a home improvement side business, and BBQ catering business.   Ben also serves as the national ACEP councillor on behalf of WV ACEP.  Ben also stays involved with his alma mater Shepherd University where is serves as Vice President of the Shepherd University Foundation.

 

Adam Crawford, DO - Past President

Dr. Adam Crawford is originally from Clarksburg, WV. He attended West Virginia University graduating in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Biology. He went on graduate from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012. Dr. Crawford then completed his emergency medicine residency at Charleston Area Medical Center in 2016. He became board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine and joined the faculty as Core Academic Emergency Medicine faculty upon graduation. He became Medical Director of CAMC’s General Emergency Department in May of 2017. Dr. Crawford has been a board member of the WV Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians since 2014 and is currently the President Elect. Dr. Crawford also currently serves as National ACEP Councilor representing the state of West Virginia. Dr. Crawford and his wife Ali are the proud parents to their sons Saxon and Mattux and reside in South Charleston, WV. His professional interests include medical education and departmental leadership. In his free time he enjoys WVU athletics, golf, snow skiing and spending time with family.

Neal Finley Aulick II, MD, FACEP - Board Member

Neal is a graduate from Northern Kentucky University for his undergratuate degree and completed his medical school at the University of Kentucky. Neal then completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at West Virginia University. Neal loves to play the guitar and also enjoys participating in poker tournaments. Neal has also been a past President of WVACEP.

 

 

 

Brandon Wilson, MD - Board Member

Brandon is a graduate from the WVU school of medicine class of 2017. Brandon is currently a board member for WVACEP. Brandon enjoys cooking and spending time with his family. A goal of Brandon's is to become a Fellow in Point of Care/ Critical Care Ultrasound.
